Farmers Savings Bank partners with Shazam to monitor debit card activity and help protect your account from fraudulent activity. If a transaction outside of your normal debit card activity occurs you may be contacted by Shazam to verify the transaction activity or deny the activity due to fraud. Shazam may text or call you to verify the account activity. Shazam text alerts will come from 72718. Shazam automated phone calls will come from 855-219-5399. If you are contacted by any other numbers than the ones listed above, do not provide any information. Hang up and contact Farmers Savings Bank immediately at 319-372-5141.
Fraud Disputes
What do you do if you see an unauthorized transaction on your bank account?
If the unauthorized charge was initiated with your debit card, call Shazam at 833-288-1126 and report the fraud immediately. If the fraudulent transaction is an automatic payment or fraudulent check, call Farmers Savings Bank Customer Service Representatives at 319-372-5141.
